Finally got the chane to check out the legendary DiCarlo's! I really enjoyed the 3 slice combo, & the kids loved rhe pepperoni rolls. I am a fan of the Ohio Valley Style pizza that we get closer to home at Beato's. Comparitvely, Dicarlo's has a smoother sauce with more thang, and a thinner crispier crust. I think the aize of the cut is a bit smaller than Beato's. Both are delicious if you're in the mood for Ohio Valley Style pie!
DiCarlo's Pizza is a local favorite for good reason. Their pepperoni rolls are absolutely delicious - perfect for a quick lunch or snack - and everything is very affordable. Plus, it's conveniently within walking distance from my office, which makes grabbing a bite super easy. Beyond the food, the staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. I also appreciate how they've supported my Air Force Recruiting efforts by allowing me to share information with their customers. It's always great to see a local business that cares about both their local community and the people who serve it. Highly recommend stopping by!
awesome pizza ik u can order more cheese which u half to everytime cuz they dont put enough on it other then that good nice and clean inside to eat ur food at the tables and its good pizza i eat it often
Fantastic pizza!! similar to a place at home, but thinner and more of a crunch! Fantastic spot. If you go at lunch, order ahead. I waited 20-25 minutes for 3 slices, plain. I'm glad they dont use too much sauce, the crunchy crust and the cold cheese are the stars!!
I was visiting my daughter today at OSU & happened to walk by this pizza shop! The same pizza shop “Di Carlo’s” that I ate as a child when visiting my grandparents in Wintersville. Was curious to see if anything had changed over 30+ years and it was exactly how I remembered, even better! Everything fresh & the crispy crust is so Delicious!!! Got it as a take & bake since I had a 2 hour drive with it. Thanks Nick ! I’ll be back for sure!
Love this and the St. Clairsville location. I guess there is supposed to be some major differences but I don't notice them as I think they're both delicious and SUCH a local traditional favorite.
This is hands down my favorite pizza and THE BEST pepperoni roll Ive ever had. Every time I drive through here, I stop for at least a pepperoni roll. It is delicious and filling and hits the spot every time. Do not pass this place up!!
Classic pizza shop with a unique style of pizza. Great service ordering at the counter with the pizza served in boxes. Plenty of parking in the lot or on the side of the street out front. Good value for delicious pizza. The crunch of the crust is so satisfying as is the freshness of the grated cheese served cold on top.
The Pepperoni Roll is very good. The Roll Combo comes with a bottled drink for only $6.50. Don't forget to get a combo card... buy 5 and get your 6th free.
Always fast service 10-15 min for small orders 20-30 for large orders. Pizza is crispy on the bottom with fresh cheese on top. Cheese Melts if picked up late. If picked up on time it's not melted. But it is fresh mozzarella. 3 slices of pepperoni per pizza if ordered. A few other toppings available. Friendly fast service every time. Not high class but not low class.
